I am inactive and we don't have active moderators to keep encyclopedia up to date, Cipsoft also doesn't provide updated encyclopedia files anymore as far as I know

Most updates are backend and you won't notice them, I did full rewrite of outdated 2010 code and moved website to another server as it was using too much resources for highscores stats.
