Based on my observation... all of this drastically change (degrade monster, rare item become junk item= coz dragon now drop sol. goe, red minotaur drop am instead of red james) probably GM is making new incoming player high priority, caused by decreasing of high level player.... I think you know what I mean... but its not too late to do resort action now

You can get the ruby from some quest in Solahmar name of that quest is "smell like trouble" you must kill 3 zombies in solahmar, thanks for your attetion !
