I'm not GM,anyway to take explorer trainee,you have to talk all of the NPC at lybera,ofcouse with it's quest complete. While scatterbrain,you take the jug and use at the hot well/lake at crystad.. Then simply drop the jug,you'll get the achievement,or after use the jug at the hot well,try do other quest,or go to other island. Never talk to fannie until you get the achievement.
