The first (the only time) i done that quest was go to ferlori (not vorpan) then kill 50 restless ( cant get to ferlori after that). Talk to vorpan and get ep thats it. When i cheacked everything including achivememt, i got already eternal friendship ( it doesnt appear like congratulation). If you done this but no ahivement, please semt your email to costoumer support. EDIT- cant edit 50 with 30
