Ok i explain,its ok mist!
attack debuff means your foe attack were fell,or sometimes defense too! But if damage debuff means your foe defense sometimes were greatly and harshly drop and fell, thats why its good for hunting strong and mighty monsters,like i note them before

For me the best of the best for 'Debuff' spell is 'Cripple' where it is very powerful harsh falling of defense or sometimes attack of the foe too! For me,this is very important and best style for hunt at strong monsters such as Demons,Ninjanas,Will-O-Wisps.
try it! and sure you're gonna enjoy your hunt more speedy

Depend of your level or your friend's level who 'shots' that debuff.. Yup like i said before, sometimes attack of the foe decrease
but mostly defense were harshly fells down.

debuff shot(s) spells are targeted at the foe only,not the user.. thats mean there's nothing happen to the user,depend of the user's strength attack to slayed them

So you have to use cripple because gazers is for high level at least 55up

No... since my character level 43 killing Gazer, Beholder, and Oculus did not use any debuff...
it just that after spring update it seems GM Increase eye strength...and because of that sometimes I test using apathy, jinx, or limp on every gazer and Oculuz....but not always... coz really took up my mana and time to pump

i think its better for both vocation...agagaggag becoz.. if better for warrior only.. then GM will not allow wizard using it
