After break the skull,go inside and found a stair, go up and found a island with snakes,go north and found a rock( you cant break it with pickaxe) go right and north found a npc and buy a bomb. Use the bomb in that rock. Inside you will found bloodfly . Go right . down in the stairs you will found red kappas. Here better you look all the cave. To found the stairs and a club of remorse in a barrier. Go up stair and you found treasure island.

Dig front of the signboard, then one you dig it, you will automatically enter the inside. Then once you enter, go left and find 2 chest. You will get the achievement
