coz npc ray temporaly removed from game, maybe we have to wait till the next update

after i finished new senir's quest, he tell me to go to golzen, and golzen tell me that i must continous to st.nivalis. But..
i cnt find new npc, how to start new quest in st.nivalis?
I think we have to wait till they release the new season.
