just simply include your character, game world and your emergency contact. They will never ask for password nor pin code, unless necessary, i.e password recovery form will have to use pin code.
Where did you get your pin code the first time? By email or sms? That's what they need so that they would send the new pin code to your registered emergency contact. That would verified that you are the owner of the character
