Bro, lemme give the solution,
while online,press #,choose "support",then "recovery contact",insert your e-mail(ex.gmail,yahoo,etc.)...
Then open your e-mail inbox,click the link recovery by the GM,then wait f0r 3 days and check your inbox, then note your new pin...
Simple, isn't?
