You might want to know why your character not found at Top Hunter list right? Here the answer:
Make sure your character at least got:-
> Top 100 player once
> or Top 100 PvP once
> or Top achievement once.
Once you got it, you will be listed.

100 for wiz and 100 for war, so max 600char every worlds listed
