If i not mistaken,it's trua quest2,where she teleport you to the centavile island.. Or greezo the dragon the one who teleportating you. Argh! I had forgotten

Like I said before,talk to the 3 NPCs nearby the barrier. I didn't remember their name but I'm sure one of them allow you to enter the protected room.
