how many the min. Point attack point for use scepter of damn at arena or hunting area?

we knew that weapon lvl is 111, so attribute must be nearer , equal or greater than 111. Some problem may arise if lvl 85 or below too focused on rising atk attribute which means we will experience fast mana shortage or higher chance we being hit by strong. Some solution can be mana leach or bring someone as tank (for hunting only). Arena might be quiet dengerous if u dont expect something . Hope this statisfy you.
